Hand Stitch a Bunny Pillow

Design and create this adorable spring bunny pillow using felt, fabric scraps and a simple decorative whip stitch. You will be cutting out bunny silhouettes (from a template) in your choice of felt colors or fabric swatches, and then hand sewing each one to your pillow cover using a simple decorative whip stitch. Choose embdroidery floss colors and make your pillow hop to life! This is a 2 1/2 hour workshop. You will learn the techniques needed to complete your pillow in the first 90 minutes of class. You will work independently in the last hour of the workshop, or you can optionally leave the workshop with the supplies needed to complete your pillow at home. Pillow cover is a cotton/linen blend and fits a 12 inch by 20 inch pillow insert. Covered zipper opening. Optional polyfil pillow insert is available for $10 but you must order this on sign up.

Cancellation Policy
FOR PUBLIC WORKSHOPS: For cancellations at least 72 hours before the start of the class, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment (minus $10). For cancellations less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before class start, we will issue you a credit to be used at a future Create Studios class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class start will be treated as no shows and no refund or credit of any kind will be issued. Thank you so much for your understanding! FOR PRIVATE WORKSHOPS: To reserve your date, we require payment in full by all participants, just like if you signed up for a public workshop. There is a $20 cancellation fee per attendee for canceled private events. FOR CAMPS: Camp payments are non-refundable. Please sign up thoughtfully.
Important Info
Advance registration is required for all workshops except Drop-in Crafts. Please note that our studio is closed to the public during workshops and events. With the exception of Drop-in Crafts, no walk-ins are accepted.

If you have more than eight people interested in a public workshop, we can schedule a private event just for your group! If you have a group of less than eight people, we may be able to add another public workshop to the calendar and put your group in first. Please contact us to find out more.

Our studio has been designed with adult comfort in mind. In many of our workshops we use materials not suitable for children, such as sharp wire, glass, fragrance and essential oils, hot wax and glue, heat guns, etc. The age requirements listed for each workshop are there for everyone’s safety. We ask that you please adhere to the guidelines. Thank you so much!
