Candle Mini Camp - Embed Candles

Your child will be making the cutest candles ever in this candle making mini camp! Kids will be using various beeswax and soy wax embeds to create whimsical and clean burning candles. Included is a cereal bowl candle, succulent candle, and embed candle tins. Lots of room for creativity here! Please note we are working with 185 degree hot wax in this camp. Any camper exhibiting unsafe behavior in this environment will unfortunately be ejected from camp with no refund. A signed waiver is required to participate. That being said, if your child helps you cook in the kitchen or microwaves popcorn, they're going to do GREAT! THIS CAMP IS FOR AGES 10 AND UP. It's a very small group camp for safety reasons but if there is enough demand, I can add another time/day.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $10 cancellation fee per person for all cancellations, with no exceptions. This covers our payment processing and bank fees that we pay for each purchase AND each cancellation transaction. For cancellations at least 72 hours before the start of the class, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment (minus $10). For cancellations less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before class start, we will issue you a credit to be used at a future Create Studios class. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class start will be treated as no shows and no refund or credit of any kind will be issued. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Important Info
Advance registration is required for all workshops except Drop-in Crafts. Please note that our studio is closed to the public during workshops and events. With the exception of Drop-in Crafts, no walk-ins are accepted.

If you have more than eight people interested in a public workshop, we can schedule a private event just for your group! If you have a group of less than eight people, we may be able to add another public workshop to the calendar and put your group in first. Please contact us to find out more.

Our studio has been designed with adult comfort in mind. In many of our workshops we use materials not suitable for children, such as sharp wire, glass, fragrance and essential oils, hot wax and glue, heat guns, etc. The age requirements listed for each workshop are there for everyone’s safety. We ask that you please adhere to the guidelines. Thank you so much!
